diet egg salad recipe

I need help in getting more veggies and legumes in my diet.?
For breakfast I have a protein shake with flaxseed, yogurt, milk and lots of fruit!! I usually make more than enough so I’m sipping on this thruout the day. I enjoy salads with romaine and spinach with bell peppers and an hard-boiled egg. But I need more!! For dinner we eat the typical corn, broccoli, green beans stuff.
I like beans but it’s the fattening kind–baked beans, refried beans. Does anyone have any quick recipe ideas for beans or veggies that actually taste good– even crock-pot cooking would be fine. Just trying to get more healthy! I eat chicken but would like other protein dinner options besides the occasional sirloin burger or healthy steak. Thank-you!
Try putting more veggies in your salad! Like Cucumbers, Carrots, snap peas, onions.
