Is it possible to lose 50lbs in 3 months?
I’ve tried diet pills and all sorts of stuff without working out. So yesterday I applied to the gym, threw out all of my diet pills. Went to the store and got new groceries for a healthier diet and even got a log book so I can keep track of my workouts.
I really want to lose 50lbs in 3 months. How can I do it? No diet pills, no fad cabbage sites..I’m done with that. this time I’m doing it and this is my last time.
It took me 14 weeks (a little over 3 months) to lose 50 pounds. People would say that it’s unhealthy to lose weight that fast, but I felt no ill side-effects. I am stronger and have more energy than I’ve ever had since I was a teen-ager.
